Work often centres on work-life balance, stress, changing limiting beliefs, goal setting, professional relationships, bullying within the workplace, redundancy, self care and wellbeing, and personal issues that can bleed into our work life. As with my private clients, I offer creative ways of working: multi-modal CBT, emotional freedom techniques (EFT), matrix reimprining, mindfulness, relaxation and visualisation: it is important that employees have new strategies and tools after therapy has ended.
